Sharam Tayebi or known simply as Sharam was born on 12th May 1969.
The name Sharam is of Persian origin and it means Shame or Modesty.
He is an Iranian-American progressive house dj and producer, forming one half of the Grammy award-winning dj/production duo, Deep Dish.
Being characterized by a distinct style compared to his partner Ali "Dubfire" Shirazinia who produces minimal house.
Sharam has performed as Deep Dish featuring Sharam, when he plays as the different half of the distinguished Deep Dish sound.
On October 28, 2009, DJ Magazine announced the results of their annual Top 100 DJ Poll, with Ultra Records artist Sharam placing #73.
